Our Story
Gamma Studio was founded by Wioletta Madaj and Samir Elgamal. Wioletta is a London-based numismatic photographer, catalogue producer, and retoucher. She liaises with some of the most established auction houses in the numismatic world. Additionally, she works on projects with book publishers and private collectors around the world. With over 20 years of photography experience, she has captured images of almost every type of collectable item, from famous paintings, Chinese porcelain, and bronzes to Greek sculptures, The Queen's Orders and Decorations held in St. James and Buckingham Palaces, as well as approximately 50,000 of the rarest and most valuable coins and medals.
Samir, a London-based photographer, began his journey in the Australian market, immersing himself in product, jewellery, and lifestyle photography, learning and growing every step of the way. Since then, he has found his niche in Numismatic, Cultural, and Heritage photography—an area that truly excites him. As a versatile photographer, he collaborates with various auctions in London, covering an array of subjects such as Coins, Sculptures, Islamic Art, Manuscripts, Old Master Paintings, Prints, Jewelry, Watches, and Silver.
Over time, we expanded our team and the services we offer to include e-commerce and Product Photography. By offering the highest standards, competitive prices, and using the latest technology, we aim to deliver outstanding images quickly, effortlessly, and cost-effectively. Our approach involves assigning specialized, experienced photographers to help clients reduce their time and involvement in each project and to provide stress-free, outstanding photography services most efficiently.
